These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SignBuddy platform and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
SignBuddy provides electronic contract signing, identity verification, and tamper-evident proof of signed documents. We may update, improve, or modify features over time.
You agree not to use the service to upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or send documents without proper authorization from the parties involved.
Documents signed through SignBuddy are intended to constitute legally binding electronic signatures under applicable law, including eIDAS. You are responsible for ensuring that electronic signing is appropriate for your particular documents and jurisdiction.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage-based charges (such as OTP or BankID verifications beyond plan limits) are billed as incurred. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
SignBuddy and its software, branding, and content are owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignBuddy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
